High Altitude Heating & Air was created to uphold a simple yet powerful promise: to provide honest, high-quality HVAC services.
Our journey began with a deep devotion to this community, one that’s been woven into the very fabric of our company. The company founder, Eric Kaiser, was raised on a ranch, where he learned the values of hard work and dedication. Later, his military service further instilled a commitment to integrity and a sense of duty—principles that he uses to guide us every day.
Eric’s journey in the HVAC industry started in 2000, sweeping floors and learning the ropes from the ground up. He’s experienced every role in the industry, gaining a deep respect for the importance of each step and every homeowner in the process. When he started High Altitude Heating & Air in 2011, it was just him, his sedan, and a trunk full of tools. Today, the High Altitude team has grown into a group of skilled professionals, but our focus remains the same: serving the great people who’ve supported us from the beginning.
For us, every doorbell we ring is an opportunity to serve. We’re humbled by the trust our customers place in us and driven to meet their needs with the highest standards of professionalism. From the beginning, the homeowners of the greater Colorado Springs area are at the heart of everything we do.
